Opel Astra Híbrido Plug-in
Sustainable energy
With two engines, a combined maximum power of 180 hp and a maximum torque of 360 Nm, the Astra PHEV, commercially known as Hybrid, announces an acceleration capacity from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.9 seconds, as well as a speed maximum speed of 225 km/h, electronically limited. Official consumption figures are set at between 1.3 -1.1 l/100 km, with CO2 emissions of 24 g/km, both according to the WLTP standard. On the other hand, the possibility of using a 12.4 kWh battery in an exclusively electric mode is guaranteed, capable of guaranteeing an autonomy, without a drop of gasoline, of 60 kilometers.
Opel has just started the order period for the new generation Astra, proposed in a five-door body and debuting a hybrid version.
A model with 30 years of commercial history, the Opel Astra presents itself, in this new generation and for the first time, with a plug-in hybrid engine, in addition to the more traditional gasoline and turbodiesel engines.
Thus, and at the top of the offer, the new Astra proposes a plug-in charging hybrid engine, consisting of a 150 hp 1.6 Turbo petrol engine and an electric motor, both managed by an eight-speed automatic transmission, sending power exclusively for the front wheels.
Interior
In the passenger compartment, the new generation Astra is equipped with the fully digital Pure Panel, with two large 10-inch polychromatic screens, equipped with new and modern graphics, which allow it to offer a pure and more intuitive driving experience.
Users can command multiple functions via large touch screens. Opel's designers and engineers have taken the utmost care to ensure that the driver is able to receive all necessary information and all useful operating options, but without data overload or superfluous functions.
In addition, the main settings, such as climate control, can still be made using physical keys and buttons.
