It accepts charging up to 100 kW in DC outlets, in which it restores 80% of the charge in just 30 minutes. As standard, it comes with a single-phase 7.4 kW on-board charger, with an optional three-phase 11 kW. In a 7.4 kW wallbox, a full charge takes about seven and a half hours with the standard integrated charger or about 5 hours when the optional 11 kW three-phase charger is installed. In a domestic outlet, the wait reaches 31 hours.
The technical aspect of the e-Rifter is not surprising, as the drive system consists of an electric motor with 100 kW (136 hp) of power and 260 Nm of maximum torque and a 50 kWh lithium-ion battery, in a set that is based on the EMP2 platform adaptable to different types of energy.
Its top speed is limited to 135 km/h, with acceleration from zero to 100 km/h taking 11.2 seconds.
Interior
i-Cockpit system for organizing controls and interior ergonomics, with a digital screen for the instrumentation and another, tactile, 8.0-inch screen for the infotainment system on the dashboard. On this screen, drivers can access multimedia systems and vehicle charging and consumption information, as well as configure charging parameters, something that can also be done from the MyPeugeot smartphone application. Connectivity to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto systems is assured.
