The gross capacity of the high-voltage battery is now 17.9 kWh, which, compared to the previous capacity of 14.1 kWh, allows for an increase in electric range of up to 30 percent.
In line with the result achieved in the WLTP EAER City cycle, the Cayenne E-Hybrid can now travel up to 48 kilometers with zero local emissions.
Remember that the PHEV versions of the Cayenne include an electric motor integrated in the 8-speed Tiptronic S automatic transmission, offering a power of 100 kW (136 hp) and 400 Nm, allowing a maximum speed of 135 km/h to be reached.
For more power or speed, the possibility to select one of the Sport or Sport Plus modes, which activate the internal combustion engine, which in the Cayenne E-Hybrid translates into a 3.0-liter turbo V6 with a maximum power of 250 kW (340 hp) . Which, together with the electrical component, represents a combined power of 340 kW (462 hp).
Interior
The Porsche Cayenne Hybrid has an elegant and beautiful interior, with premium materials and build quality. Seats are comfortable and roomy in both rows, and the infotainment system is easy to use.
