The Model Y is all-electric, so you'll never have to visit a gas station again. If you charge overnight at home, you will have a fully charged battery every morning. Plus, when you're on the road, it's easy to charge along the way—at any public station or via Tesla's charging network. Tesla currently has over 30,000 Superchargers around the world, with six new locations opening each week.
Tesla's all-wheel drive features two extremely fast-reacting independent electric motors that digitally control torque to the front and rear wheels, improving handling, traction and stability control. The Model Y performs well in rain, snow, mud and off-road.
Interior
With a high seating position and low dashboard, the driver has a privileged view of the road ahead. The Model Y's interior is clean and tidy, with a 15-inch touchscreen, surround sound system and a panoramic glass roof that creates more headroom and provides an unobstructed view of the sky.
