Honda CR-V

Sustainable energy

The new hybrid proposal features i-MMD (Intelligent Multi-Mode Drive) technology, which combines a 2.0 liter petrol engine with 145 hp, an electric generator and an electric motor with 184 hp, and a small battery that collects the energy recovered from the brakes. The total power is not the sum of the parts and Honda advertises 184 hp of power.

The transmission has a single speed (there is no gearbox) and the traction can be front or 4x4 (it weighs more than 58 kg) and a multidisc system connects the rear wheels thanks to a differential on the rear axle (up to 60%) in conditions of hard grip.

The Honda CR-V is a good compromise for anyone looking for an "environmentally friendly" and economical family SUV, almost like a Diesel. In this hybrid version we have more than enough power for everyday life, and the Lifestyle equipment level guarantees a considerable filling of equipment. After all, this hybrid system is very well designed and, therefore, in our opinion, it is the engine to choose when it comes to the CR-V.

Interior

The Honda CR-V Hybrid offers improvements in terms of driving qualities, steering responses, body control and management of noise, vibration and harshness levels (NVH – Noise, Vibration & Harshness). The hybrid SUV shows a strong evolution, featuring higher levels of comfort, functionality and connectivity.
The sleek design of this hybrid car conveys a sense of strength and solidity, while the wide range of highly tactile materials reinforce the premium ambience.
