Sustainable energy
The EQS 450+ has only one rear engine of 245 kW/333 hp and 568 Nm, which announces 0-100 km/h in 6.2 seconds, while the EQS 580 4Matic has two engines (one per axle) with 385 kW/523 hp and 855 Nm, announcing 0-100 km/h in 4.3 seconds. Top speed is limited to 210 km/h on both.
The new EQS is effectively a synonym for the automotive industry today. Fully electric and making use of hard work in terms of efficiency and aerodynamics, it stands out for its impressive autonomy of over 700 kilometers which, more than ever, is a realistic figure. The performance is not outstanding, but it is very pleasing, mainly due to its sobriety and general refinement, which is also to be expected given that it is an entry-level version in the EQS range. Other more powerful ones will bring the extra emotion of sport performance.
Interior
The ultimate in automotive luxury: the electric drive makes possible a completely new concept of space. Much more flexible and airy than ordinary limousines, but breathtakingly elegant: a single arch surrounds the entire vehicle. At the same time, the Black Panel radiator grille typical of the Mercedes-EQ at the front and the light strips at the front and rear of the vehicle radiate modernity and refinement. Redeveloped concept and elegance realized: the interior of the new EQS meets the highest demands. And it will not fail to inspire and dazzle you.
